The Bianchi Eros

Bianchi Eros
Curt Fischer photo
The Eros is the most popular Bianchi road bike, for good reason. It's a smooth-riding steed that comes with lots of gears (27) and sizes (nine, including a 46 cm frame with 571 mm (650c) wheels.)

The frame:

Bianchi MegaPro double-butted chrome-moly

The ride:

The Eros is an ideal bike for century rides and the like. In addition to the steel frmae and new 27-speed Campagnolo Mirage shifting, a 90-degree stem promotes comfort and control. The stem's angle gives the rider a more realistic range of height adjustments and is a thoughtful addition that comes standard on many Bianchi road bikes.

Geometry: Eros, Alfana
