We are a small neighborhood bike shop, with a small, hardworking staff. Unfortunately, we are not be able to spend time on the telephone taking complicated orders or answering technical questions. Please bear with us, as we are in the process of making changes to remedy this situation.

We check emails many times a day and try to reply to all inquiries.Inquiries about the status of pending orders should go to the Orders email address shown at right..
For anything to do with specific orders: If you're placing an order, don't forget to include your shipping address! (We don't need the billing address.) We will also need your credit card number and expiration infoHowever, whenever possible, it will make things go smoother and faster if you would place your orders via the Web based "shopping cart" system. If you need something that is not listed, you can ask for it in the "Comments/Information" box that appears at Page 3 of the shopping cart sequence.

We are a small neighborhood shop, and one of the few e-Commerce sites to offer free technical information. Please use email for your inquiries and technical questions.We are in the process of implementing a new online shopping cart with real time stock status. This, combined with the ongoing streamlining of our order processing Dept., will enable us to resume phone service (on a limited basis) in the future.
We can take orders by various means, but some media are quicker and more reliable than others.

Not everything we have is yet programmed into that system yet, but as you go through the checkout procedure, on page #3 "Preview Order" there is a "Comments/Information" box near the bottom of the page. You can use this box to type in any additional items that you would like.

You can also place orders by email, snail mail or FAX, but these media are much harder for us to handle, and there's a much higher likelihood of errors in transcription.
Please include all details of your order in the same message, whichever medium you use. FAXes and emails do not go to the same place, so a FAXed credit card number without order specifics will lead to delay and confusion.

Our FAX is on automatic, yours should be too!FAX is our least favorite communications medium. Please don't use FAX to ask questions that require a response. We're glad to answer questions by email or telephone.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund.Products must be UNUSED, with their original boxes and documentation. To return your UNUSED product, you would need to pay for the returned shipping cost back to us. In addition, you must include a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box, marked "Return".
As soon as we receive the product(s), your credit card will be credited, except for the initial shipping cost, unless we shipped the wrong product or the product was determined to be DEFECTIVE by us. It can take up to one billing cycle for your credit to show up on your statement.

We are located on Route 16 (Washington Street) in West Newton Square, about a mile and a half in (East) from 128/95, just after Route 16 crosses the Mass Pike. If you are coming from the west, we will be on your left.From Boston by car, take the Mass. Turnpike to exit 16 (Newton Corner) then continue straight on Washington Street next to the Turnpike for about 2 miles. West Newton Square is where Route 16 merges in from your right, we are two blocks past the merge, one block past the police station, on the right.
There is a municipal parking lot behind the shop.
